The 9B team played a great game against a very tough Prior Lake team. Strong defense led at a first half lead; however, down the stretch the boys ran into turnover trouble which allowed the Lakers to get back in the game and in the end take the lead. Eastview missed a last second 3 pointer to tie, and the boys lost for a second time to the Lakers in thrilling fashion. The team avenged a tough loss to Farmington that happened earlier in the season. Lock down defense and a fast paced offense were to much for Farmington. The scoring leaders were Tinsae Teka with 12, Will Schwatz with 11 and Jackson Lee with 10, Jackson also shot 67 percent from the floor. Defensively, Will, Tinsae and Noah Ambroz won the battle of the glass, pulling down more than half of the boys rebounds, and Jarett Boraas led the team with 4 steals. It was an all around effort that the boys can be proud of.
