The 9B team could not overcome extremely poor shooting to stay with Lakeville North.  Making just one basket from the floor during the first half, the Lightning found themselves down by too much to mount a comeback.  Noah Ambroz and Tinsae Teka led scorers with 4 and Jake Mayers led rebounders with 3.  In their next game, the team was able to hold off a plucky Rosemount Irish team to get the 14th win on the season.  Pulling out to an eight point lead, the Lightning were able to hold on down the stretch as the Irish tried to mount a comeback.  Michael Brennan led the scorers with 11 while Will Schwartz added 8, and Tinsae Teka led the team in hustle stats with 7 rebounds and 6 steals. The Lightning will face off against Apple Valley on Friday, and hope to hand them their first defeat on the season.
